Mental Health & Member Assistance Program

Caring for our mental health is as important as caring for our physical health. To help all NWPP plan participants and their families manage stress, find resources and support, and get timely access to quality care, NWPP has partnered with Uprise Health. This confidential Member Assistance Program (MAP) is available to all active and retired participants and their families at no cost.

Life can present all of us with stress and challenges, but you don’t have to face these challenges alone.

Uprise Health MAP is a mental health resource service that can offer you a range of care options including in-person short-term counseling, text-based support, video and phone support, and online peer support groups.

With Uprise Health, NWPP participants can get the care they need, at the level that is right for them. Visit members.uprisehealth.com and register with access code: NWPPMAP or call Uprise Health MAP toll-free at (855) 697-7940 to access the resources below.
